Localized enteric neural deficiency and reduced nerve-mediated anorectal contractility in immunodeficient RetS812F/+ mice

Materials availability

B6.Cg-Sirpa < Non-obese diabetic (NOD)> Rag2 < tm1Fwa> Il2rg<tm1Sug>/Jic (B6RGS) mice in this study are available from the Central Institute for Experimental Medicine and Life Science (CIEM). To generate B6RGS-RetS812F/+ mice, frozen sperm from male C57BL/6N-RetS812F/+ mice should be obtained from Kobe University. The parent 1231A3 human-induced pluripotent stem cell lines should be provided from Yamanaka laboratory. Requests for further resources should be directed to and will be fulfilled by the lead contact, Makoto Ikeya (ikeya-g@cira.kyoto-u.ac.jp).
